This isn't a museum, it's a poorly built succession of playrooms for kids. The displays looked liked a kindergartner's papier mache project. From one room to the next, we expected to see something--ANYTHING--interesting! Perhaps the story of the invention of the ice cream cone or the evolution of flavors over time. Nope, nothing besides a few tastes of inferior ice cream and juvenile displays. The unrelenting pink felt like being inside a piece of bubble gum. The one positive thing I can say is the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Every single other aspect of this "museum" was inexcusable awful. At $47.50/ticket I expected more. I wish you had a rating less than one circle.

Very disappointed. First of all it should not be called a museum. The name is just a marketing ploy. There is nothing historical there. Nothing that takes you through the history of ice cream, the ice cream isn’t very good, staff is fairly non existent as you are in your own walking through colorful hallways on multiple floors that could all be achieved on one floor. The floors and carpet are disgustingly dirty. And It is way overpriced. It would have been more fun to spend that money at the market buying numerous containers of ice cream and doing your own taste test.

This museum felt like a melted ice cream cone that hit the sidewalk. I paid $50 per ticket to sample "unique" flavors of ice cream like chocolate soft serve, strawberry ice cream, and cream puffs like the ones you can buy at Costco. Your average Baskin Robbins has about 28 more flavors than the Museum of Ice Cream. The dessert room has FAKE desserts. The sprinkle pool is like 2 inches deep. If you actually tried to swing on the swings, you would hit the wall. You don't even learn ANYTHING about ice cream in spite of the fact that it is called a museum. It is literally just an Instagram trap. The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is because the staff were incredible. They worked so hard to psych us up and try to make this place fun, but you can't make sprinkles out of s***. Save yourself a boatload of money and get a Ben and Jerry's pint and go to a playground with actual functioning swings.
