First, this is not a “museum.” It’s a place for wannabe influencers to take sad selfies in front of plastic ice cream-related decor. Other than a few little words here and there on some walls, there were zero exhibits about how ice cream is made, the history of ice cream, ice cream brands, types of ice cream around the world, etc. You walk from room to room. One room has a mediocre slide. A few of the rooms had people handing out ice cream, but the ice cream wasn't special (basically soft-serve in a small bowl). However, the people who work there are at least quite nice. Basically, this place is a metaphor for the Instagram-obsessed world in which we are currently living. A business like this would have failed miserably not too long ago. It has the worth of a free outdoor municipal exhibit. Avoid, if you actually have a life and don’t want to waste it by taking nonstop selfies.

This museum is a WASTE of time and money! NOT as advertised! Very minimal for the high priced ticket. Was sincerely a marketing ploy to sell their ice cream (which is NOT good) with samples along the way, and the venue as a club with awful loud club music, and what seemed like ticket sales are used to pay for bad aspiring actors to do lame acting! Most of the so called exhibits were not even related to ice cream and the only things you learn at this "museum" is stuck on the wall. The human slide down to the basement where NO ONE social distanced and seemed like a fire hazard had no way for guests to bypass unless you were at the very end and when you eventually get to the next stop, it's dark and you can't see where you're going.

Absolute waste of time and money. For a “museum” you see and learn very little about ice cream. It’s basically a really poor ice cream themed amusement park
