Very disappointed that we didn't see any dolphins. They shouldn't call it a dolphin cruise. All it was was a boat ride. What annoyed me is that the advertisement said guaranteed to see dolphins. There was never even a mention of dolphins. I told the people at the pictures that I wanted a refund. They said I needed to call Vacationsmadeeasy and they could rebook me. I told her that I was not from around there and she said there was nothing she could do that she only handled pictures. My recommendation is to skip this one.

The cruise itself was great. However, the actual company providing the cruise does not guarantee that you will see dolphins. Viator is the company that guarantees it. We did not see any dolphins on our cruise and the only thing they do for their “guarantee” is book another cruise within 7 days even if you don’t live in the area. Would highly recommend if you are going to book the cruise booking directly through the company and not a third party as the tickets are also cheaper…
