Didn’t get to experience it due to inclement weather. Requested a refund, just waiting on that and will plan to try it again another date.

Barely saw a dolphin. No soap or towels in the bathroom after staff had children touch fish. Better to rent a pontoon and see them.

There was never an attempt to see dolphins. The boat was just speeding along. We didn't even slow down to view the sunset. It was just an hour long boat ride. They should just call it what it is and take out the word "guaranteed" from the advertising
