• You must collect tickets at least 1 hour prior to showtime at the Mystere Box Office
• You will need to present valid, government issued photo ID such as a drivers license or passport
• Seating begins one hour prior to performance. All guests must be in their seats no later than 15 minutes prior to show commencement or seating cannot be guaranteed
• Appropriate attire is required. No swimwear and no cut-off shorts permitted. Shoes are required
• Use of any recording devices and/or cameras is strictly prohibited
• Once the booking is submitted all sales are final, non-changeable, non-transferable and incur 100% cancellation penalties.
• There will be no refund due to late arrival to a performance. The ticket holder may be refused entry to the show until a suitable break in the performance, if available.

I paid for better seats and got a very bad seat. We were given seats on side. Felt cheated. When I asked Viator through phone , they basically said that they can do nothing.

I saved this attraction for our last night in Vegas. My BF has never seen a Cirque show. He went totally indifferent, even planned to take a nap. I had to laugh because as soon as the show started and the acrobats started their performance, all I could hear next to me was OMG, OMG! So yes, I have to say that the show grabbed his attention. Just mind blowing the what human beings are capable in strength and agility. 90 minutes just blew by so fast! The music was amazing, as were the costumes. They really used their imaginations. When we left my BF stated that we need to see another Cirque show! I also understand why the lower seat were so expensive, as the performers gave an interactive show. We did have a perfect view of the floor.
