We had a great time, our driver Jack was very professional and punctual. Booking experience through Viator was very smooth, too. I had some questions before booking and the Viator customer service was able to help me very quickly through chat and email. I was also able to communicate directly with shy sky after booking through Viator messaging feature, it was very convenient, smooth and pleasant experience over all!
