David planned our day our for us, but in a way that left it flexible and able to be adjusted to our purpose as we went. He scheduled our tastings with a great mix of big and small, as well as traditional and boutique. He was extremely receptive to our taste preferences and gave us a wonderful wine tasting experience. We had a great day and could not have asked for a better tasting tour. Five stars!

David was the most amazing tour guide through Napa Valley, my new husband and I adored the places he took us and thoroughly enjoyed our day! I couldn’t imagine a better way to experience Napa for our honeymoon- and trusting David was by far the best decision as he took us to local vineyards with select wines.

David Locke picked us up promptly at 9AM from our hotel in San Francisco where we began what proved to be an amazingly memorable day! He was driving a very comfortable luxury SUV and had a bottle of sparkling wine chilling for us as we started our journey. From the beginning David did everything possible to make sure that we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves, even asking us what music we liked to listen to on the radio! David is extremely knowledgable about the history of the region and about all aspects of wines and the various vineyards. He had asked ahead of time what types of wines we enjoyed and he selected 5 wonderful wineries that were thoroughly delightful to us.......Paraduxx, Sullivan, Silver Oak, Inglenook and Whetstone. On the way to the wineries we rode through lovely Yountville where he pointed out different things to us including the famed French Laundry Restaurant. While at Sullivan's David ordered a wonderful sandwich lunch for us from Bouchon Bakery which he picked up and brought to us to enjoy as we tasted wines from this lovely boutique winery. After each visit we discussed the various wines that we enjoyed from the particular vineyard as we drove to the next stop. Upon our return he drove us through historic Sausalito (even offering to stop) and over the Golden Gate Bridge. It was a truly wonderful experience and I cannot say enough nice things about David Locke and Consort Wine Tours. Would definitely book with them again!! Sharon
