This was my 3rd tour with them and U still find that their drivers are personable and engaging. What I found are a few areas that can be improved upon. First is the randomness of the Wineries isn't. Which was a bit of a disappointment. The same three Wineries were the destination on two of the three tours we booked. You need to to drop the Black Stallion from. The list of places. The experiences of our fellow tourists on both trips were not good. More detail will go into my separate review of the winery itself. The second item is the interior condition of the tour vehicle. It was showing signs of wear with torn and broken items. The third was allowing late passengers to hold up the tour group. You provide a 30 minute window for pickup and if people can't be on time, don't punish the others by shortening the available time to visit wineries. 4 should be the goal of stops not three because of passenger inconsideration.

We took our first trip to Napa this past weekend, and booked this experience based on reviews and ease of transportation from the local hotels. We didn't know what to expect, but we were absolutely blown away. The transportation is very comfortable (Mercedes convertible van!) great catered lunch, and three fantastic vineyards. Ru Vang was our favorite, but all three were wonderful for different reasons. Lastly and most importantly, I cannot say enough good things about our driver, Abe. He was kind, funny, knowledgable and entertaining. I would recommend this experience to anyone, and will absolutely do it again!
