Offer real wine tours as indicated by the name of this package and your company. High price to pay for only one good winery and a Panera box lunch with no winery tours involved.

I booked a tour for a friend and myself a month before our trip to Napa, and we planned the rest of our trip around this tour. When I called to check in the day before our scheduled tour, I was notified that they could not take us on the tour that we had reserved because there were less than 4 people. Their options were to pay double for a private tour, wait and hope at least 2 others scheduled last-minute or cancel for a full refund (the only reason I’m giving 3 vs 1 or 2 stars). We were luckily able to get on a tour with Platypus Tours and had a great experience.
