It was a good experience overall. The bus was clean and very beautiful. There are USB ports by all the seats. However I did not bring my charger as I was not aware. The wineries were nice. I disliked Roche Winery the most. I feel like they sat us done on a picnic table and came and filled our glasses up and then left. Not too much information was givin. The lunch was just Panera Bread. It came with a sandwich, chips and a cookie. I really like Panera… however I guess was expecting something more grand. Or local. The Guide was funny and nice. To improve, for the pick up and drop off. We picked this excursion specifically for the benefit of a pick up and drop off. However our hotel was not a location available. Also another improvement would be to recommend wineries

The driver was late to pick us up. We suppose to start our tour at 10:00 but because of the delays we got pick up at 10:45. There was other people waiting since 9:00. The driver didn't know the route very well and he took us to a winery that wasn't schedule for that time. Towards the end of the day there was no reservation at one of the winerys and we have to wait for long time inside the bus until we called N V T to fix the issue with the reservation. The distance between winerys was about an hour long between which I considered too long. I have done this tour before and the service was better. Only three winerys instead of 5 that we visited last time is not acceptable considering that this time I was paying more money not only for the tour but for the tastings too.

I went here with friends and family. I already had high hopes for the wineries themselves, but I did not expect to meet such great characters. First of all our driver/entertainer/caretaker KEITH was EXCEPTIONAL in every way. From a knowledgeable, disciplined, yet friendly demeanor to always being attentive to our group. Only thing I would mention is that the air in the bus was a little low (warm), but otherwise a flawless trip. Make sure to visit Juli(pictured below in light blue shirt) in Highway 12 for a complimentary mini wine tasting and incredible stories and chill ambience. Keep up the good work Keith!
