Our pick up was late by 2 hours due to other parties making driver late to pick others up. We were picked up in a private vehicle eventually and dropped off with the main group late to join the first winery tasting. That’s the only negative part of our tour experience. Our driver Abe was great! Loved his personality 😊.

Hello Tina, We're very sorry for what happened. Abe tries his best to arrange the pick ups in the most efficient order, but sometimes guests take advantage of his hospitality. We will encourage him to call for assistance a bit sooner so that guests do not have to wait as long as you did. We're glad you enjoyed the rest of the tour.

Nice tour bus guide. The wineries they chose are not good ones , the first one is very small and the last one smells like cow manure , it was terrible and the place was unkept /shabby .

Hello Rosie, We are sorry you are disappointed in the winery choice. We are challenged in the choice of wineries since the pandemic. Many of the wineries we visited in the past have changed their hours or days of operation, have limited the number of guests they allow at one time or have raised their tasting fees making them unavailable for our guests. The good news is that just this week, we have started an outreach program with the wineries we visit to work cooperatively to improve their presentation. Already, good things are coming of it. I think you will be pleased with the change next time you take the tour.

First off our driver was just that, a driver. Zero knowledge of wine country and basically no communication. The vineyard choices were terrible. The majority of of our tasting pours we dumped, the staff at the vineyards were moody and rude. We felt like hurdled cattle the whole time instead of enjoying a nice experience. The only redeemable vineyard was the Robledo family vineyard. (Not even in Napa, where our tour was supposed to be) They at least had some decent wine. If it weren’t for me making my way to have a conversation with the a staff member (the son of the owner) I would have learned nothing about the vineyard of the history of the family. The young girl pouring basically told us what she was pouring and scampered off. Zero insight. The picnic lunch was pathetic. A dry turkey sandwich with no condiments to make it palatable. Only 2 of the 5 in our group ate it. The others just ate the chips and cookie. There was not enough water in the cooler to go around for the group. None of the vineyards offered water. The air conditioner couldn’t keep up and the whole bus was complaining. When I shell out $125 a ticket I expect to get some type of pleasant experience. This was far from that. We should have just gone to a bar and had wine. What a waste of a day in wine country.

Hello Jill, We appreciate your honest review and are sincerely sorry that you were disappointed in your tour. Most of our drivers are extremely knowledgeable guides as well as drivers, but occasionally, when a driver/guide is not available we have to substitute one who is just a competent driver, As for the choice of wineries, since the start of the pandemic it has become very challenging to select a winery that pleases everyone. Wineries that we visited frequently in the past have changed their days/hours of operation, raised their tasting fees, and limited the number of guests they will accept at one time. The good news is that just this week we have started meeting with the wineries we visit to improve their presentation. As for the lunches, prior to the pandemic, we operated our own deli which received rave reviews. Now, as a transportation company, we are no longer allowed to handle food on our premises. We are constantly in search of the perfect deli for our guests' lunches. Like many businesses, we have taken a hit from the pandemic, but we are doing our best to overcome the challenges.
