Without question, Zidan is the best tour guide we've ever had, on any trip. He took such good care of everyone in our group of 21. Zidan made the day! He was professional, kind, fun, and thought of everything for our ease, comfort, and enjoyment. It was easy to see that owners/managers of the wineries respect Zidan as well. It was a GREAT way to spend the day in the Napa Vineyards.

If you don’t want to pick people up at certain hotels then take those hotels off your list. Lunch could have been a little more creative than Panera which you can get anywhere anytime. You need to publish a list of common courtesies to be practiced by your guests like be on time and no seats aren’t reserved but there is an expectation that once you sit somewhere that is your seat and you at least owe other guests the courtesy of asking before you just overtake their space. Guide should be offering local history and color not just acting as the designated driver.
