At least parking was free. No manatees and don't think there ever is. They lie about that. Saw one dolphin far away and the guy didn't know many people's houses. Kinda lame overall.

Hi Sandra! Wildlife is very common through the Gordon River but some days are always better than others. Manatees are especially harder to see as they do like to settle into the canals around the area and you are not able to see much of them above the water. We would suggest taking the eco tour next time you visit Naples! Our dolphin watch and eco tour is more focused on the ecological side of Naples, something I think you would be more interested in! We hope to see you back again with us soon!

Three years ago my daughter took me on this tour it was outstanding! Since I had such a wonderful time I decided to take my parents this year, they are 80 and 84 and my mother has some limited mobility in one leg. Stairs are difficult for her to manuever. I figured it was no problem because there is a comfortable lower deck and that is where the restroom was located. The tour started out as expected, although I will say this time the captain was not as engaging as the one we had a few years back, but he was OK. They take you into the waterways, basically the homeowner’s backyards. Respectfully, they don’t use the speakers during that part of the tour so as to not disturb the residents. The captain then tells us there will be a presentation on the top deck where the tour guide simply speaks without using the audio. Tiffany came by and told us we really should go up top because the information is very interesting. Totally oblivious to her was that there were two elderly people on board and navigating the boat stairs (which were quite steep) would have been downright dangerous! So there we sat getting none of the great information that was being shared up top. My memory is it was very interesting information, so we missed out on that. Does it not occur to them that everyone up top is certainly able to navigate stairs? Why couldn’t they come downstairs? Or better yet why couldn’t Tiffany give the presentation on the lower deck? Or why not use some technology and have some headphones with the narration for those who can’t get up the stairs? I spent $160 for four of us and it was a total waste of money. Moral of the story, don’t go if you have a disability, they are not friendly to that group of customers. For what we got out of this tour I could have had a friend take me on his boat and just cruise past the homes.

Cooler. Nice ride to gulf. Boat stops and turns around twice so everyone can get photo of sunset. Beverages available. Lite snacks. Rest rooms. Clean. Parking tough at tin city. Crew nice and friendly. View nice homes on harbor. Much better cruise than earlier in day as it’s cooler.
