What To Expect

The Trolley Tour of Savannah was great. The costumed tour guides made it special. My only complaint was on our return to hotel from visiting plantation ruins. The Trolleys were open air, wooden bench seating and no seat belts. Well I guess we were late, because we went on freeway doing 55 to 60! Seemed a little dangerous to me.

Savannah is such a beautiful city with a ton of history and we had a great tour guide named Chris fill us in on all of it. He made the tour so interesting and funny that we listened to every word. This trolley tour is a great way to see the entire historical city so when it was done we went back to the parts we wanted to enjoy more. We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott on Liberty St. and this trolley tour was included with our room rate so if you’re thinking about staying there it’s well worth it to include this tour with your room.

This is a great way to see all of the important sites around Savannah. Ron at the check in was a wealth of local knowledge and was extremely helpful.
