We found out this is actually a hop-on hop-off trolley tour. Your experience with the tour is actually depend on the driver, for one segment of the tour, we had a driver who is fun and very excited about the tour, and he could talk on and on for a lot of good stuff. But once you hop off and hop on, you might get a different driver, so your experience could change. BTW, the advertised free parking is actually not free. The first hour is free, then $1 for every additional hour.
