We took the 4:30 Sunday tour on July 17th and although we did enjoy the sightseeing during the tour, it wasn’t what was advertised and we felt shorted. It was advertised as a 90 minute continuous tour, starting at 4:30. We departed with the trolley tour group a few minutes before 4:30 from the Visitor Center and we were back at the Visitor Center by 5:17. At best, our tour lasted 50 minutes, not 90 minutes as advertised. We were actually back in our hotel room by 5:30 so I’m positive of the timeframe. The driver mentioned that River Street had construction going on so he chose to skip that section, which was likely significant. The tour should either add other sights or discount the rate for a shortened tour. The sights and information on our tour was very basic and quick.

We are very sorry to hear that you did not experience the full tour. There is construction on Riverstreet which has hindered us from driving down there, but you should still have received a 90 minute tour. We are very sorry that this was not the case.
