Very informative, driver was excellent. We did the hop on hop off tour. It was fantastic. Great value and they picked us up at the hotel.

Our guide mr comedy was fantastic! The tour was fabulous! The process to get on board the trolley totally sucked! We bought tickets online then when we arrived at the visitor center we had to stand in line to have someone hand write a note and give us a map ! Then we had to stand in another line to get on board the trolley! Then once on , one more person had to check our tickets!! Why is your process so backwards? We arrived at the center at 1020 and could not get on a trolley until 1105!! That is freaking ridiculous and irritating!! Get it fixed!! Additionally , on top of all that, when we stood in line to get on the trolley , they were selling tickets for the trolley in the line we stood in and once on they were also selling tickets!! This meant we could have skipped all that other waiting ! No one told us that!!! Get it together !!
