The staff is friendly and helpful, but the bus they provided us with requires some repairs. When I went, it was raining, and the roof of the bus was leaking. They need to fix it as soon as possible.

Make sure you do the Mission Control tour and the Astronaut Training Facility tour! The Mission Control tour costs extra, but it's worth it! The Astronaut Training Facility tour is included in your general admission ticket, but you need get a time reservation from guest services.
