What To Expect

Marathon Village

Serving as a model for adaptive re-purposing of historic structures, Marathon Village has become a diverse destination where artists, performers, designers, business professionals, and inventors co-exist. They have a first-floor retail experience like no other that includes flagship stores from the History Channels’ American Pickers to legendary whiskey makers, Jack Daniels. In addition to shopping, they have a Marathon Motor Works museum showcasing five of the remaining eight Marathon vehicles located in the original MMW showroom. Shops typically close around 5pm.

The Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville honors all musicians regardless of genre or instrument. The MHOF timeline starts with the beginning of recorded music and inductees are nominated by current members of the American Federation of Musicians and by other music industry professionals.

We really enjoyed our tour and the tour guide we had was outstanding along with the trolley driver. We saw parts of Nashville that we would have never got to see otherwise. The stop at Locals bar was also a treat with adult beverages. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see the best sights in Nashville.

Did this tour while visiting Nashville for a business conference. I had taken the day time tour before during a visit in Sept. but loved the night time tour as well. It was so fun and Bert made it a hoot. Loved his Red Light Karokee. Great way to get a really good overview of the city in a short period of time. We stopped at a club called The Local and had a complimentary beverage and listened to a local band for 30 mins. So fun and I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Nashville. Can't wait to go back as it's such a fun city.
