Both the guides were excellent. Zack and Peyton. Friendly and informative and fun. Probably the best old town tour so far.

This was a long tour and we saw a large variety of settings in Nashville. Our driver had a very effective commentary and we learned a lot about many aspects of Nashville. Since we were staying near Broadway, it was good to find out about other parts of the city. It wasn't so easy to buy tickets - options were online or at a few ticket booths. The ticket booths were open only when the trolley was running. We had difficulty with the website - we kept getting error codes on the email address fields and had to reenter them multiple times. I also wish you didn't have to get off at the first stop and stand in line to get on another bus. It would also be great if they went both ways on the route so you could more effectively use it as transportation to different sites. Overall, we enjoyed the tour.
