Being stuck at a stop, in the rain for over an hour!!! One bus stopped that was already at capacity. Quite let down by the experience.

Great way to see the significant parts of a city. Drivers are knowledgeable and fun. You could not learn as much trying to do it on your own. Get on and off at any stop if you like is key.

Everything was going good and we really enjoyed it. Then we got to the seventh stop and sat there. A supervisor came on said something which of course we did not hear, then we just sat there. The supervisor should have walk the trolley and explain everything to everyone on the tour. It would have been nice to know that we were going to sit for 20 minutes. We could have gotten something to drink or bathroom break. Poor communication on their part. The second half of the tour was good but we had to get off at stop 12 cause we needed to go to the bathroom. Then we walked back
