Dave, the driver, was knowledgeable, friendly and concerned about passenger safety. His jokes and personal touch made the 90 minutes fly by. We finally hopped off and on and the new driver, Buck, was amazing as well. Different jokes. Handled two yappy women with respectful but firm manner. Two glitches: 1. we thought the tour started at 9 when it started at 930. 2. The young man rechecking our passes also sold museum tickets. He made an error and booked us into wrong museum. Rectified the error quickly and apologized profusely. Waiting to see if the $50 error went back on our credit card. The buses were efficient so minimal waiting times at the stops. Take this tour on your first day.

Guides Jeff and Tim are so much fun ! Learned a lot and laughed a lot .. Best Hop on Hop off we’ve ever been to snd we’ve been in a lot here in US snd abroad . So friendly and warm ! Nashville is a happening town for sure !!

We bought the 2 day trolley pass. It was worth every penny! Easy to get on and off at various places of interest in Nashville and the drivers are friendly & knowledgeable.
