--- I got response from the general manager: "Thank you for reaching out to us about the ticket pricing. Our pricing fluctuates based on available tickets, as it does with airlines, hotels, many other attractions, and car rentals." --- This is my response. #1, You guys know the fact. There are many bathrooms publicaly available in Nashville. Do not fool any customer. I am warning you guys and Ms. A. #2. I was on the trolley at 3:20. There are only 6 people including us. You proved your company is a very tricky business. The price should go down by that time and number of passengers according to your explanation. I am demanding $37.00 reimbursement. -- This is what I had bad experience with Old Town Trolley Tours in Nashville, Tennessee I was going to buy Old Town Trolley tour ticket at 201 Broadway, Nashville, Tennessee. Before starting to tour, I wanted go to the bath room so that I asked to the ticket sales Ms. A. She said there is no free bathroom in Nashville. I found it across the street. When I returned, she told me the ticket price went up. Her intended lie and cheating ruined my Nashville trip. I am demanding a $37.00 refund that she overcharged compared to the visitor center price.

Hello David, I have received your refund request. We appreciate you letting us know there was ample seat availability on our trolley at 3pm, thus allowing our guests easy boarding and enabling them to travel to their next stop of interest. As a hop on and off tour service, this information is reassurance our planning and dispatching of trolleys is on point. We apologize that the location of public restrooms in Nashville was not in our CASTmember repertoire. She has a great deal of information to assist our guests on the best use of their vacation time in the city. We consider this a learning opportunity that will aid us in growing and honing our customer service. Our ticket pricing protocol follows the same already established protocols in the transportation industry. Pricing fluctuates based upon availability. Availability of seats is calculated by our point of sale system.

The tour was excellent and our driver Debbie was full of information as well as a few jokes along the way. Top notch! One of the best weā€™ve been on

Great river view. Quiet mostly. Near everything. Very Nashvillian. Lots of history nearby and things to do
