Featuring a rotating series of exhibits, there is something for everyone, including the McMichael Education Gallery, which is perfect for kids and inspires the next generation of Corvette designers and engineers. After touring the galleries, watch new Corvette owners take delivery, shop the Corvette Store, race in a Corvette simulator, or enjoy lunch at the Stingray Grill.

Located a mile from General Motors Bowling Green Assembly Plant, which has manufactured every Corvette since 1981, the National Corvette Museum Campus features 115,000 square feet of Exhibit and event space, 50,000 Corvette artifacts, and the NCM Motorsports Park, where you can get on track in a new Corvette.

What To Expect

National Corvette Museum

The National Corvette Museum is a showcase to America's sports car. Start your tour with a short film about the history of the Corvette and the Corvette Museum. As you walk though the museum you'll see exhibits featuring over 70 Corvettes in periodic settings including a mid-century barbershop, service station and dealership. You'll see Corvette prototypes, one-of-kind cars, and racing champs. Enjoy hands-on activities in KidZone , trivia kiosks, and the "Corvette Cave In” exhibit. This exhibit takes visitors back to the early morning hours of February 12, 2014 when the earth opened up inside the Museum’s Skydome, swallowing the classic Corvettes. The Museum's Skydome offers a glimpse of the size and depth of the sinkhole as well as the retrieved Corvettes. Guests are also invited to try a Corvette on for size in the lobby. The Corvette Store offers apparel, collectibles, home and gift items. An on-site 50's-inspired Corvette Cafe serves breakfast, lunch and snacks.

Cool museum for a cool car. Tells the story of the Corvette, from early prototype via racing til today’s models. Friendly staff. Clean toilets

What an outstanding guided tour! Got to see the Corvettes from their beginnings until now and everything in between. Found the collapse of the Corvettes into the sinkhole and their rescue and repair fascinating! Would definitely come back here again.

Obviously as it’s all Corvette’s it has got a limited appeal but coming from England you don’t see that many so it was a must see during our recent tour of the US. The exhibits are obviously of a very high standard and document the cars history from inception to present day. The museums well laid out with plenty of photo opportunities and even my wife who generally only likes American cars from the 50’s found it interesting. Well worth a visit.
