SWIMMING TO THE CATAMARAN BOAT… They advertised to bring a towel and sunscreen…. Nowhere in the email did they mention that we would have to walk in the chest-high water to get to the catamaran… my granddaughter is only 5 feet tall and if we were told this I would NOT have booked and paid for this trip. It was 17 family members and that was the only part that we didn’t like… The wind was also too high to get out at Ricks Cafe so we had to go back to Margarittaville, get on the bus and then go to Ricks, but we all opted out and went back to our resort. Before we left some other guy gets on our bus to say that they were not giving a refund if we didn’t go to Ricks…. NO ONE ever said that we wanted money back…. We needed to get dry and eat. Oh I forgot to mention that I ordered food at margaritaville and along with the enclosed plastic ware was a roach attached to it…. I left the food were it was, actually paid for it and left… Our driver MO, was GREAT…he and our tour guide was TERRIFIC FOR OUR EXPERIENCE..

To overcrowded and I think one of the crew had more rum punch than me..one upside the girl serving at the bar was lovely made sure you we're served when it was your turn but beware they come from all angles to the bar half didn't know what a queue was..
