Took the cruise on May 21 and was forced to go even though it was storming at our hotel in Negril. Per Nexus Tours it was not storming at Rick's Cafe. Doesn't seem safe but we got over that once the weather cleared. My biggest disappointment is that we paid for pictures on the boat and never received the email. We took a screenshot of the number of the person responsible in case this happened, and they won't return any calls or texts. We have also complained to Nexus and they did not receive a response from the operator as well. Nexus won't refund our money until they talk to the operator who won't respond to them. Now Nexus is trying to give us the operators email to contact them. If the contracted operator isn't responding to Nexus why would they respond to us. It seems Nexus is comfortable with their customers being scammed by the operators that they have contracted. Don't pay for anything extra on these tours as you may not get it and have no recourse. I will never use Nexus for tours again. I have always had good experiences with Amstar

We loved everything about it from the driver to the host of the Catamaran! Our only issue was that they allowed the locals to solicit goods on the the beach at Margaritaville, which was very exhausting when it came to telling them no. They would become rude once you didn’t buy anything, so learn how to say no! But once we departed the beach everything was great, our host Dex was great, so was the DJ. We didn’t get to dock at Rick’s Cafe due to choppy waters, so we spent a little more time partying on the boat, as we had to turn around to go back to Margaritaville and drive about 10-15 mins back to Rick’s cafe. Once there we did wish we could’ve spent a little more time, but we had a great time!
