Wow what an experience! The crew was absolutely amazing. They had a great system for getting people on and off the boat quickly and effectively. I had a group of 24 people and there was about 30 additional people. The boat is very large! The only thing was the transfers. It would have been nice to know who was picking us up. There was many buses at our resort picking up people for different excursions. It got confusing. Once on the right bus everything was perfect. Ziggy our bus driver was hilarious.

Just not worth it, the boat rarely stops at Ricks, claiming it’s to choppy but we just parked for an hour to snorkel. I stay right next door to where it’s located and it’s back early just about every evening. They will bus u Ricks but that cuts the open bar (one dude Garfield serving 50 or so guests) by at least an hour. Hit one of the smaller boats like the red stripe boat up n ull b tight w proper drinks. Oh don’t forget to grab ur bag of cheese snacks when u do get to the bar, rotfl.

Thanks for the review.... a few points to note We ALWAYS try and get into ricks cafe, and we dont CLAIM it to be choppy, if the ocean has strong waves rolling or the wind is picking up then we would rather have our guest safe than going over to Ricks where they may get hurt, while transporting them,,, We DO NOT cut the open bar as you get your full cruise time and then we bus you to ricks cafe, if you go on any cruise and you go over to ricks cafe that takes that time out of the cruise, so if you actually understand the time on and off the boat, you get your full time and than some extra when we have to use the bus to take you to ricks. As a company i have no issue you pushing another company, we are all here to make your time enjoyable, but please do not stretch the truth while doing so, we have Elderly, children and non swimmers onboard and i personally would rather see them safe than go over to shore and run the risk of them being hurt in the process.
