They state there is a full refund within 24 hours BUT there is no one there to take you refund call. Hum what a surprise. And Viator doesn't care either - they already have their money. Use another tour company these guys are flakey. Dishonest. If there is a dollar on the table they want it and they will get it.

Please state what date you booked for. if you emailed and cancelled your cruise you are fully refunded no questions asked, Viator are always online to answer your calls, you also have the email portal.. your words are UNTRUE AND INSULTING.. to our company and to Viator.. if you cancelled Your booking your money goes back direct To your card within a few days. The very same portal you booked on also allows You to click and cancel within 24 hours and it’s done.. but you are obviously disgruntled so please Feel free to send me your DATE OF TOUR and the BOOKING number it will be on all emails from your booking, and I’ll gladly look and see online if you either messaged us or Viator or tried to cancel to get your refund..! If you did click refund and it wasn’t processed then Viator will refund.. if you have emailed me 24 hours before the cruise and send me a screen shot I’ll gladly refund also. If you didn’t do either of these then we are not at fault and nor are Viator

Pickup from resort was smoooth!!! We hit all the spots we needed to hit. I do not know how to swim but I faced my fears and got in that water and did it. Don’t be scared it was so much fun. The floaty saved me. The boat was a party. Drinks were flowing. It was really lit. Ricks food was delicious. We went on the last day of our trip... Don’t u know I brought that lobster home??? It was just so much of it. So good. Omg. It was just good fun. I didn’t think I was gonna be dancing. But I was. The sunset was everything ppl claim it is. This is a must do. Sharon was so sweet and accommodating from time of booking to the very end. I really enjoyed myself. You will too. Oh and the DJ was rocking that boat!!!!! It was a hot girl summer on that boat!
