Didn’t like the tip box going around every tourist .... and it was a short ride and the music was terrible . They have better catamaran cruises

So sorry you didn’t enjoy your cruise, the cruise was 3 hours which is our regular time and the music played is , reggae.. or soca maybe be dancehall which is island music..

The whole trip was awesome only thing wrong was that we were not told you would have to walk from margaritaville to the boat in about 3 ft of water we had shorts on and were soaked the whole time. If you do this wear bathing suit with cover up and take something to put your money in. Crew was great especially Daniel he was friendly and talked to every one as if he knew you forever. I would highly recommend this trip

Saw this excursion hours before the pick up time of 1:50pm at our resort. Emailed to ask if they could include my daughter & I and quickly got several quick responses confirming. Payment options were given and a receipt emailed. We were picked up by bus and brought to Margareitaville for drinks before boarding the catermaran. Our host was awesome in assisting with taking a few pictures before and during our excursion. Our temperature was checked again before boarding. The rules as it related to covid, being served, was expressed again. All the crew members were friendly and awesome. I think I was the only non swimmer and was encouraged and helped to enjoy. The view was awesome!the caves breath taking with the sparrow birds and the music increased from old to new and a good selection. When brought back on land we were all dropped off. Please bring change for tipping. It was well deserved.
