Would not give a single star if possible. Booked Burton Transit for our ride to the airport and after the driver was already 15 minutes late and the tracker sent 40 minutes prior was not updating I contacted the company only to be told the driver must have over slept and was not coming and they are having a hard time finding employees. They offered to TRY to get us an Uber, however with the time crunch they had already put us in that was not an option. We had to find a ride elsewhere. The person on the phone stated my card wasn’t charged yet and he would give me a free ride next time but they won’t have that opportunity.
