Our tour guide, Nate, was so knowledgeable and kind! He tailored the tour to our preferences as much as he could. We had a vegetarian and he got her substitutes when he could, which we appreciated! The food was THE best food weāve EVER had! Po-boys, colla (rice fritters), muffalata, Cajun stuffed sausage, bread pudding, pralines in two varieties, gumbo- we were so stuffed!! We did a jazz cruise on the Natchez and shopped the French quarter, visited the bayous and garden district etc, but we all agreed the food tour was the highlight of our visit to the city.
