The architecture and the historical perspective of the area and NOLA. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the city. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and learning about the houses, owners, past and present history of the area. Dave had a lot of valuable information regarding the Cemetary and the homes. We ran into residents of the homes who were very engaging and added to the tour. Highly recommend the tour as a nice way to see the area and experience NOLA. We learned a lot and enjoyed a leisure stroll through a fabulous area.

Fascinating walking tour of a few blocks of the Garden District with Dave Roberts. Dave is a gifted storyteller with many humorous and fun tales of the history of the homes and their occupants. It’s amazing how many famous people live (or have lived) here, including Ann Rice, Sandra Bullock, John Goodman, Nicholas Cage, Brad and Angie, sports figures and others. And many have been used as movie settings. Despite the showers, our little group of 10 had a great tour with Dave!
