Dec 2018
We had scheduled a tour for Dec. 27, 2018 to see the Garden District and Cemetery at 2 pm. Our flight from Dallas to New Orleans on Dec. 26th was delayed and finally cancelled at 10 pm that night. I cancelled our tour through Tripadvisor, the site we used to book. It told me that since it was less than 24 hours from tour departure we had lost our full tour costs. I was contacted the following day at 1:55 pm asking if we were on our way. I replied that we were still in Dallas Airport and I had cancelled the previous night. The tour guide gave me the home office number and said that I should contact them and surely they would work something out for us. I called and told them about our troubles. She responded, "Okay, remember to book with us in the future and no I can not refund any money." I feel like she did not even listen to our plight or understand as soon as we discovered our flight was cancelled I contact to let them know. It was out of our hands and as a small company they should want customer satisfaction and reimburse us a small amount for our consideration of letting them know they could take more on the tour and we would not be able to make it. Poor customer service and will not use this company when we do come to New Orleans and we will tell others to avoid New Orleans Ghost Adventures Tour company.

Our tour guide Sean Byrd was awesome! Very knowledgeable about the city and its history. Got to see the interesting yet spooky Lafayette Cemetery and the awe of many plantation homes, one being Sandra Bullocks. He also takes you by the house that was shot in American Horror Story Coven. My husband and I learned a lot of history on this tour and definitely recommend it. Its a lot of walking for a few hours, with a break in between, so wear comfy shoes and bring your camera!

Mike, our tour guide took us on a fun filled history lesson. He was a wealth of info and so engaging, telling us stories that made history fun. His tour will be one of our favorite highlights from our visit to New Orleans. Thanks, Mike
