Thank you so much for reviewing your Garden District tour with the funny and laid-back Mr. James! He strives to get the history correct - you wouldn't believe how hard it is to pin down facts when researching the Garden District - then tells it in such a fun way, you hardly know you're learning. The area is beautiful with or without a guide, but if you really want to get a sense of why and how the neighborhood came to be, we are here to do it! Please come and tour with us again!

I am updating my initial review after receiving great customer service from Libby! She reached out immediately upon my review, refunded me, and provided context. I really appreciated it and think anyone with this good of customer service knows what they are doing and is building a great company! I've been to New Orleans a few times but had never done a garden district tour or seen Lafayette Cemetery. While I enjoyed the overall tour, I wish there was a bit more substance to the tour itself. There was a lot of "on google I saw" and not as much history or context around the area. I love fun facts, and would have given this tour/company five stars if I heard more. Overall, it was a nice tour with lovely houses to see and friendly staff.

Thank you so much for everything - booking and touring with us, giving constructive feedback, and updating your original review after we spoke. I still regret that you did not get an excellent tour, but the guide and I have been working on some of her material and presentation, and I hope that next time you are in town you will give us another chance! You get an 'excellent" rating from us!

I was fortunate enough to be the only person on James’ walking tour. He is an extremely smart, knowledgeable, witty and funny guy who provided me with one of my best afternoons in New Orleans. I was told so many interesting and unusual details about both the cemetery and gorgeous homes in a fun and interactive manner. James is a wonderful guide for this beautiful walking tour.

Thank you!! James is all of those things and he loves the Garden District and the cemetery. When we say we keep our groups small, we mean it - we roll with only one person quite often. As a result, we have gotten really good at customizing our tours - we have all kinds of stories up our sleeves! Thank you for taking the time to review your walk with the funny and knowledgeable James, and we are looking forward to your next visit to New Orleans.
