We visited the garden district on a very gloomy day, which was our day's highlight. Renee, our guide, was incredible; she gave us very important historical milestones to understand the architecture, the people of New Orleans, and how the city came to be. The cemetery cannot be visited anymore, but she gave us a lot of insights walking around the perimeter of Lafayette Cemetery N.1 Highly recommended.
