Our Haunted Pub Crawl of the French Quarter combines some of our most infamous haunted locations along with the most haunted bars in the country for a perfect blend of Spirited Spirits! Hear the stories of murders and crimes of passion of Old New Orleans while sampling some of our most unique adult beverages made famous by some of the most notorious characters in our history. This tour takes our participants off the beaten path and into the dark and hidden side of the city that never sleeps! The stories come alive as presented by our colorful guides.

I visited NO with friends to celebrate our friend’s 40th birthday, we were a group of 5 men. We went on a Thursday night and our tour group was about 12 people. The tour wasn’t what we expected. We just visited bars that we wouldn’t have without this tour but there is reason for this. The bars were dead, most of them we were the only ones there. One in particular was just boring and we all wanted to leave immediately. We did go to a pirate bar which was tiny and empty but the drinks were good. The stories that were told were pretty lame and exaggerated. The guide also talked too much and couldn’t gauge the interest of the group. I also thought he would share stories of the French Quarters and the bars we visited but the stories were not about either. Loud guide was really and did give us other suggestions. I don’t suggest this tour.

Thank you for your review. Without knowing who you had as your guide, it makes it difficult to address it with that person. If you can remember his name, that would be helpful in improving the quality of the tour. I will say that the fact that there were only 12 people on your tour and the bars were 'dead' is actually a good thing. At least most of our tour participants feel that way. Many tour companies send guides out with groups 2 and 3 times that size. When that's the case, it makes it difficult to get in and out of the bars in a timely manner. Likewise, when a bar is already overcrowded (as opposed to being 'dead'), that also results in a delay of the tour. That's why our tour guides attempt to take participants to the least crowded pubs. It sounds as though you might have appreciated taking a different tour with a larger tour group and over crowded bars.

Amazing tour! Toast is the best tour guide. He's charismatic, entertaining, and a history/ music geek to boot. Best of all, he loves New Orleans, and you can tell. Haunted History is the top tour guide company in the city, and they have a real treasure in Toast as one of their guides.

10 out of 10 would do again with Toast as our guide. He was fun and answered all our questions. He gave us solid directions to our VRBO.
