Original trip was Canceled due to electrical problems with the boat. They let us stay on the boat and enjoy the band and the beautiful view. We rebooked the next day and did the harbor trip and enjoyed it very much. It was a little colder the next day so wasnā€™t quite as nice as it wouldā€™ve been the day before but it was still a great trip.

I was disappointed with this cruise. There are so many other entertaining ways to view/experience the vibrant nature and rich culture of this destination. The novelty of the boat's history wears off very quickly once aboard. Due to the weather (a cloudy and cold day-Jan 21st- of 56F with a windchill resulting in a temp of 27F) we sat indoors, a setting that was quite dreary with its seats and chairs akin to a cafeteria. Weather aside, there is absolutely nothing of worth or note to see as you move along the river. The tour guide was quite bland and his monotone reflected the drab weather. The jazz band, though not riveting, was perhaps the best feature of this cruise as they filled the otherwise flat air with their tunes. Of note, they themselves seemed underwhelmed. Snacks available were nachos with cheese sauce & hot dogs, I skipped both. Further skip the OJ for the offered mimosas and stick with champagne for your allowed 3 drinks, it'll make the experience more tolerable. If sitting indoors, go early to ensure yourself a window seat. Bathrooms were clean and satisfactory. Go with friends! You're gonna need them!

As much as we would like, we cannot control the "dreary weather" or our guests' reaction to it. The history and musical culture of our city stemmed from the Mississippi River and that is why we share that on the cruise. We regret your disappointment

They cancelled the trip after we all boarded due to electrical problems. I couldnā€™t get a refund at the ticket booth because I had booked the tickets with Viator App and now canā€™t figure out how to contact them to get a refund.

As Viator took your funds we could not return them. We have no access to your credit card to apply it. Viator can be contacted on this site as it is their site and the refund should be forthcoming. It is was safer for our guests for us to not cruise when an electrical issue was indicated.
