While the lunch menu was not what was advertised, the food was good and the waitstaff were efficient. The captain or guide was quite knowledgeable and informative.

The cruise was delightful. My wife and I relaxed as we listened to a live band while having a couple of cold ones. The only downside was our lunch was rushed. Ten minutes after our food was brought to us and were in the middle of eating our meal, the servers walked up to every person still eating and told us to (basically) hurry up and finish so they can set up for the next group. Now, I understand that there are a lot of mouths to feed. I get it. But paying $100+ per person for a two hour boat ride with lunch.... one would expect better treatment. How can anyone enjoy their meal when being rushed?

The experience in the dining room is not what is expected. Not being on board we cannot comment on what was happening timewise, but please accept our apology. A concern is the amount you quoted for the tickets. Perhaps you meant $100 for the two total for cruise and lunch, if not, please reach out to us at [email protected].

The cruise was nice, but there aren't enough chairs for everyone on the outside. The captain told us a lot of history along the way. Also, had lunch and there wasn't enough workers to serve people in a timely fashion. The staff kept apologizing, but the food was worth the wait though. Delicious!
