The Steamboat NATCHEZ is taking some time off, but her sister vessel will be taking her place. You'll get the same authentic experience of a grand paddlewheeler on a leisurely, two-hour cruise on the mighty Mississippi.
In order to help preserve the French Quarter from vehicular traffic, it is requested that you please walk, if possible, to the convenient tour departure point - just a short stroll from most downtown hotels.
The riverboat is handicap accessible. However, access to the top & bottom decks are by stairs only. Please call us with any questions before finalizing your plans if you have questions on access or personal equipment.
Infant rates apply provided they do not occupy a seat.
The riverboat cruises rain or shine.

Information about the area and the port was very good. Give more direction on lining up to board. More signs about lining up are needed. More service reps needed. Please have sanitizer stations available. Good food on deck. Friendly staff. Ordering tickets and pick up was very efficient.

We enjoyed everything!! The meal was delicious (ESPECIALLY THE BREAD PUDDING ♥️♥️) we will do this again.

Reservation was made originally 7/7. Was edited 7/18 as age limits for kids & adults were incorrectly calculated. Some kids actually required an adult ticket. Price increased. Total was charged 7/22. Tickets issued incorrectly upon check in. 3 tix were issued as children when should have been adults. Was told system didn’t receive the change as it’s booked via third party. Then mgr said nothing could be done. Lunch sold out. Reservation was actually 1 of 3 for group of 25. Had proof of all email confirmations. Mgr kept saying they didn’t have an updated count when the total number never changed. Eventually they figured it out. Tickets were exchanged to adults but we were the last ones to board. Held up the boat. Missed our group photo opportunity
