The cruise was OK. The prepaid lunch was a disappointment for the price charged. The bread pudding was good. The fried fish was so thin it was dried out. Why serve two different rice portions? The potato salad was no better than what is found in a supermarket deli.Very Disappointing.

We are glad you were ok with the cruise. The lunch cost, in addition to the cruise ticket, is about $15. The rice was for red beans and rice (a New Orleans dish). The other rice dish is a seasoned rice and meat dish. called Jambalaya (which visitors usually like to try),

This would have been much more enjoyable with about 150 fewer people on board. There were not enough chairs for everyone. The meal was not offered on our cruise. It was sightseeing and music only. In fact, it is hit or miss with the cruise company. You really need to visit the ticket counter in person since the brochures can be misleading. Not every offering goes every day despite being listed as such. There was no daytime cruise the day before. They had upwards of 700 cruising today we were told. People were taking chairs out of the dining areas of the boat and making a second row of seating around the rails. If not for the overcrowding, this is a good experience.

Thank you. It is a very busy time in the city and the numbers will always be safe, it may have been a bit crowded for some people.

Not what I thought by a long shot. Manky old boat, average band and the most awful food. Up and down the river in the dark so nothing to see. Over all very disappointed and not VFM

It sounds like our boat and offerings did not meet your expectations. Taking the evening cruise is going to be in the dark so perhaps a daytime selection might have been more to your liking.
