This was a scam. The tour guide could not be contacted, the meeting address did not seem to exist. Messaged tour guide 30 min prior to start of tour -Called customer service 10 min before start of tour, who repeatedly put me on hold to call tour guide. Did not receive tour and was told is it non refundable

This is not the way we normally respond to reviews, however when we receive one such as yours which is an absolute lie, we must call you out. Our Vampire tour is hardly a 'scam'. We have been conducting it for 30 years and have received literally thousands of 5 Star reviews. The tour guide made every attempt to contact you to no avail. When you finally called our office to say you couldn't find the location, the tour had already begun. Then you hung up on our reservationist. We offered to rebook you to a different day, but you once again hung up on our representative.
