I’d advise people to save their money and avoid the aquarium. What once was a gem for NYC is now a second rate attraction.

3 stars because it was really unorganized. no staff around to make sure people didn’t cut the lines. there were 2 lines for the sea lion show so you can imagine everyone skipped.. Having little ones with no patience really made this experience difficult I use to love coming here.

It needs some serious updating. This has nothing to do with Covid. Truly ongoing neglect for years. 4D movie was not worth it. Many exhibits were closed. A very sad experience for us. We were members years back and loved our visits. Needs funding!!
