Although the Aquarium was wonderful, the tickets were not. My ticket date was wrong in the system and I could not get Viator to switch it. So, after drive 2 hours and being denied entry because of dates. I was advised by the Amazing ticket personnel at the door to reach out to Viator to have them adjust the date and send a new ticket. She says it happens a lot. But, much to my chagrin, Viator would not do it, and told me it wasn't possible. So I had to reach down into my pocket and spend another $53 for tickets. This is A DEPLORABLE PRACTICE in behalf of Viator.
