We rang 24 hours before the tour as advised to confirm the booking however when we turned up we were told that the guide would not be coming due to a religious holiday starting that evening - even the guy at the pick up place seemed unaware of this as he rang the main office to find out where he was. We paid 80 for the guide and the hire of 2 bikes - we received a whole 15 back to cover the lack of guide but were allowed to take the bikes alone for 2 hours. I have 2 issues: the guide not turning up and nobody at bike being aware of this or apologizing and only receiving 15 back - surely a guide costs more than this. For a supposedly professional company this was an extremely disappointing experience and means that I will not be using or recommending the company in the future.

What a wonderful way to see the Brooklyn Bridge. We caught some rain, but even so it was a great way to see NYC.
