We paid for a luxury SUV transfer and a private helicopter ride. We were picked up in a mini van, which was late picking us up. Then, when we arrive to take our helicopter tour, we were made to go with 3 other passengers. Not what we paid for. After the flight, our driver for our return trip back to the hotel was no where to be found. I contacted Viator, who said they would call me back. After standing outside in 30 degree weather for over 30 minutes, we decided to get a Lyft. Very disappointed. Hoping to get a refund. I was looking forward to a romantic evening, horrible to say the least.

The van that you were in was a Mercedes-Benz Metris. We communicate with our partner to ensure that if an SUV is not available, we can confirm ahead of time with our passengers to avoid any disappointment.
Due to limited parking, the driver cannot wait at the heliport. The driver provided his business card so that you could call him when you were done with your flight. I apologize if this was not clear as he never received a phone call from you. We will work our partners to make sure that communication is clear so that everyone can have a better experience.
