What a wonderful experience! The Limo was very nice and came on time. The helicopter tour was AMAZING! Seeing the City from a birds eye view was amazing! My husband and I are looking forward to going back for the City Light Tour!

This was the worst experience iv ever had just horrible, very expensive for the time and comfort. We did this may8 2021 For one the man took the worst picture of me and my wife and this was date night we got split up then the helicopter was so small the man sitting in front of me was really standing on my shoes and his knees were touching mine the entire ride, I know it was not his fault. I was so cramped up my feet got numb my legs were hurting so bad I couldn’t wait till it was over I couldn’t enjoy anything lights nothing totally waisted my money and time let’s not mention we drove two hrs to do this. I was so happy to get off that thing we ended up leaving my hat I would not recommend doing this unless you rent the entire helicopter for yourself. This experience has made me not ever want to get on a helicopter again in my life not feeling like that the entire time I’d never spend my money again on anything like this only thing that was good out the entire experience would have been the pilot was a very nice person

Thank you for reaching out about your experience with us. We fly the largest, safest helicopters in the industry in the northeast for our tour flights but I apologize that you felt cramped during the flight. Private tours are available and that would have provided the space that you expected. Due to the limited lighting at the Linden location at night we do not charge for pictures. Our team does their best to capture a picture of you before your flight but with the helicopter spinning and the low light it can be a challenge. I discussed with our operations team and the gentleman sitting across from you was tall, which may have limited your space. We do our best to take height into consideration when assigning seats, as your wife was the taller of the light passengers she was seated in the front instead of in the cabin because the middle seat can feel cramped for taller passengers. Again, I apologize that your experience flying with us wasn’t what you had expected. Your hat is still in the locker and I will reach out privately to confirm your mailing address.
