Firstly don’t pay the prices advertised, we got 3 day pass for price of 1 day! This tour is all prerecorded & the information is a bit basic & often doesn’t match where you are on the tour so lots of looking behind you! In between the sparse info, New York music is played on a loop, again & again & again! If I here Frank Sinatra or jay z & Alicia Keys once more I’ll scream! No need for this, just play some decent stuff in between it doesn’t have to be New York related! I enjoyed the Brooklyn tour, but only once a day? It was packed & no stops? The buses are a bit grubby & cold upstairs, like a furnace downstairs. Finding the stops is a bit tricky too.. I know some of the other companies use live commentary, next time I’ll use one of these!

Terribly experience. We bought 3 day pass. We went first day and got off first stop after riding the bus for about an hour into the downtown tour. We can back to get on and three buses passed; all full. No one spoke to us to explain what we do. Waited over an hour on a cold day. We had to get a cab. Tried later in the day to hop back on and two buses past us. I was so mad I got a cab back to the visitor Center in time square. No customer service or manager to talk to but reception lady asked me to right out a complaint form and someone would be in touch with me. No one ever got in touch with me. A complete and total waste of money. I was in New York 5 days with this one day being completely ruined. People please save your money.

We bought this pass for 48 hours, to take a tour in NY City Manhattan Uptown on the first day and Downtown on the Second day. We printed tickets at home in advance but they were not accepted by the bus driver therefore we needed to go 4 blocks to the main bus station to get vouchers printed by the supervisor. As it happened, he made a mistake and printed tickets only for 24 hours instead of 48 which we didn’t notice on the day so the next day we needed to go back to the same bus station again to get those vouchers reprinted. The same guy (Jason Giraldo) was far from apologetic but instead was rude and unfriendly even though it was purely his mistake. Along the route it wasn’t easy to find the right bus stop to hop back on the bus as map we were given wasn’t accurate. Overall we regret that we booked it and we would not recommend it to anyone. We only give 2 points because the views from the top of the bus were magnificent.
