I can't comment on the attraction itself because we didn't do it, but pay attention how they manage payments!
We booked it with NY Pass and they already charged us 1 week before the reservation! Later, without any explanation, they changed our scheduled date (although they accepted our alternative date) but it was no longer possible for us to appear.
They charged us for 4 TICKETS - particular price- without taking into account that it was a NYPass reservation and that they had changed our reserved date, completely altering our travel plan. Not even a message or call to advice!!
I repeat, be careful with this company's collections!

Dear BEC, we are sorry for your unhappy experience however you may be mistaken on a few items. You were not charged a week in advance. A “hold” was placed on your card (similar to a rental car or hotel reservation) in order to confirm your reservation. When it became necessary to amend your departure time, we reached out— and you confirmed a new time that was more preferable, and we accepted your newly requested departure time. It was only when you did not show up that you were charged as a “No Show”. Despite the no show, we offered you a sail credit as an accommodation. We pride ourselves in our customer service levels and commitment to communication even when weather or other circumstances require last minute adjustments.
