I have booked with Tours 4 Fun for Oct 22. I am keeping my reservation but taking my own linens and bath cleaner as the reviews of the hotel named first we are staying at note, no Towel service, no blankets, restaurant closed, motel in need of refurb, and I am frantic. The agency won’t say which hotel till two days prior to tour . If I cancel 30 days prior I will lose money. Sorry I didn’t book with Viator. Much easier to deal with.
