Staff was helpful... but it took a while to get our complimentary beverage. Views were great. Plenty of room to move around to get good pics.

Great experience! Better than expected. The crew was very nice and friendly. The indoor seating area and the deck were both very clean and nicely maintained. We were celebrating a special occasion in the family, and the tickets comes with a complimentary beverage so the complimentary champagne was nice. They use proper champagne flutes and not plastic ones, which I appreciated a lot. The ride is 90minutes and offers great views of lower Manhattan, Brooklyn bridge, Statue of Liberty, and midtown Manhattan. I will be bringing more friends here when they visit NYC.

It was Average they said on the map and route they would go to thr Brooklyn Bridge.. It felt rushed … But I am very disappointed they did not cruise to the Brooklyn Bridge

Hello, We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed. We do mention that you will see the Brooklyn Bridge however we do not go under the Bridge. We do offer an Around Manhattan Brunch Cruise as well as an AIANY Around Manhattan Architecture Tour and both of those will pass under all 18 bridges of Manhattan.
